ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON VIRTUAL PRODUCTS. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. This includes but is not limited to reiki, tarot/oracle readings, astrological reports, course, etc. 

No refunds or exchanges on physical products. Refunds are only available on items damaged during shipment and this will be on a case-by-case basis. This does not include apparel. All apparel is sold through a third party so refunds or exchanges will need to go through them. 

Please remember, crystals are rocks/minerals. They may have nicks or chips in them. They will not be perfect! That is what makes them so awesome and unique!
