Tammy is a board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (CHHP) with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is a certified Usui Reiki Ryoho Master and Teacher, Karuna Ki Reiki Master and Teacher, Holy Fire Reiki II Practitioner, Certified Master Chakra Healer, and a Certified Ultimate Natural Healer. Tammy is also a certified EFT/TFT Master Practitioner.
She holds numerous certifications and has extensive training in crystals, chakras, auras, mudras, energy work, meditation, and singing bowls.
She has studied under 7 Reiki Master Teachers throughout the world: South Africa, England, Australia, and the United States. She has studied at the Vesica Institute For Holistic Studies.
Tammy is a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, International Association of Reiki Professionals, Reiki Healing Association, International Natural Healer Association, and The Natural Healer Society.

Tammy's Story
I was having issues with terrible numbness in my hands. I underwent carpal tunnel surgery and that was not the problem, it was my cervical spine. The pain was unbearable and I really wanted to chop off my hands. Long story short, I was going to a massage therapist monthly. She did not know of my hand issues, but I did tell her I had cervical spine problems. She kept asking if I wanted to try Reiki and I would say no thinking I was not having any voodoo, satanic stuff done to me. (OMG, was I ignorant) After months of her asking, I finally researched it and felt like a complete idiot. So, I tried it and it worked! After that, I began researching chakras and everything about holistic healing. There was no turning back.
A few years later, I was having problems again and they immediatley wanted to do spinal surgery. I was like "no way". So I researched crystals, began using them with Reiki and all my issues have subsided.
While I believe that traditional medicine has a time and place, I firmly believe that energy healing is just as important. Together, you can live your best life!
About Tammy
Tammy is originally from New Jersey. She honorably served in the U.S. Navy for six years, as an aircraft mechanic.
Tammy holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Maine. She is almost finished with her M.S. in Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University. Tammy is active in animal rescue and served four years on the Board of Directors of an animal rescue organization. In her free time she enjoys reading, gaming, and vegetable gardening. She resides in Texas with her husband and business partner, Ed, and their spiritual German Shepherd, Parker.
She takes spirituality and holistic healing very seriously and will only sell AUTHENTIC crystals. As a Reiki Master Teacher, she believe in the power of energetic healing.
Favorite Crystal – Love them all but the one I have the most of is Labradorite. If I have to choose a favorite, Super 7. That crystal is truly amazing.
Ed Brugger
Ed is not only part owner of Your Natural healer, but he is Tammy's husband. He plays a vital role behind the scenes working inventory, logistic, editing, and security.
Ed honorably served 21 years in the U.S. Navy as a flight engineer on the P-3C Orion. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Grantham University.
Ed enjoys working on cars, vegetable gardening, and gaming. In his free time you will find him tinkering on things around the house.
Ed didn't really believe in all this, thinking it was woo woo. He began experiencing paranormal energy while trying to sleep. Tammy bought him black obsidian and Ed has never looked back. Now he meditates, receives reiki, works on his chakras, enjoys sound baths, uses authentic crystals, and essential oils for physical healing.
