Personal Reiki Healing
Reiki healing provides both hands-on or hands-off techniques to channel energy that is loving and healing, on all levels - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Tammy may incorporate other tools such as crystals, pendulums, essential oils, and sound healing.

Space Clearing Reiki
In addition to Reiki, crystals, sage, essential oils and other tools will be utilized to clear spaces of negative energies and balance a space's energy to promote a more comfortable experience for its inhabitants.

Guided meditation can assist one to find inner peace and balance. It can provide you with a sense of calm that can benefit your emotional well-being and your overall health.
Sound Healing
Singing bowls can be benificial in reducing stress and anxiety, lowering anger and blood pressure, stimulating the immune system, and promoting overall peace and balance.
